The face behind the cart.
Angelo grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and has honed his skills in hospitality for over a decade. He has worked as a professional coffee roaster, lead barista, beverage director, and craft cocktail bartender for top bar programs and Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City. His journey of starting a coffee company began five years ago when he drove from his hometown in Texas to NYC in a rental car packed with his espresso machine and equipment. That journey marked the birth of Odyssey—a commitment to sharing his love of hospitality and beverage making while fostering community and creating memorable moments that are cherished in life. At every event, he is the one behind the cart, dedicated to the people he serves.
